TallyUp Terms of Use
Last updated: December 24, 2025
Welcome to TallyUp, a game night companion app owned and operated by SkiveCore. These Terms explain how you may use the app and what you can expect from us. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TallyUp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What TallyUp Is (and Isn’t)
TallyUp exists to make game night smoother, fairer, and more fun. It helps groups track scores, rounds, and statistics locally on their devices.
TallyUp is not a gambling platform, does not offer prizes or wagers, and does not guarantee the accuracy of scores if someone fat-fingers the buttons. (Yes, we’ve all been there.)
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TallyUp responsibly and lawfully. This means you will not:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or tamper with the app
- Misrepresent scores or outcomes for anything other than friendly banter
- Use the app in a way that harms others or disrupts their experience
We trust users to keep game night fun. Please don’t prove us wrong.
Your Data
TallyUp stores game data locally on your device. We do not collect or host your game sessions on SkiveCore servers.
You retain full ownership of your game data. Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TallyUp is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for a smooth experience, we can’t promise the app will always be error-free, perfectly accurate, or compatible with every device forever.
Game night arguments about scoring should still be settled like adults (or with a rematch).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkiveCore is not liable for:
- Lost game data due to device failure or deletion
- Disputes between players
- Damages arising from use or inability to use TallyUp
Termination
You may stop using TallyUp at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time, including ending support for older versions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of TallyUp after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
