TallyUp Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 24, 2025

The Short Version

TallyUp is built to keep game night smooth, not to snoop. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

Your game data (scores, players, sessions, stats) stays on your device. We don’t run ads. We don’t use trackers. We don’t ship your game night off to a server.

What Data TallyUp Uses

TallyUp only uses what it needs to function:

  • Local Game Data: players, scores, rounds, wins, and stats saved on your device.
  • App Preferences: settings like themes or defaults, stored locally.

This data is used solely to run the app and show you your history and statistics. It is not sent to SkiveCore or any third party.

What We Do NOT Collect

TallyUp does not collect:

  • Your name, email, phone number, contacts, or address
  • Precise location data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Analytics or tracking profiles
  • Microphone, camera, or photos (unless you explicitly add a feature later that asks)

If a future version ever adds features that require collecting something new, we’ll update this policy clearly and before it matters.

Third-Party Services

TallyUp does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or trackers. We don’t monetize your attention. We just want you to finish the round without an argument about the math.

Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you control it.

  • Uninstall the app: your locally stored data is removed with it.
  • Reset / Clear data: you can clear app storage in Android settings to wipe everything.

Security

We design TallyUp to minimize risk by minimizing collection. Since your data stays on your device, there’s no central database of your game nights to leak.

Still, no system is perfect, so we recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a screen lock.

Children’s Privacy

TallyUp is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal data at all, there’s nothing to “harvest” even by accident.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. If changes are significant, we’ll make a clear notice in the app or on this page.
