Early Access Status
We’re currently in early access. A full self‑service account deletion option is coming soon and will appear in your account settings when ready.
Request Deletion Now (Manual)
Until self‑service is released, email us from the address linked to your account:
Please include:
- Your username and the email on the account
- A short confirmation like “Please permanently delete my SkiveCore account.”
We’ll confirm receipt and proceed once we verify ownership.
What Happens When You Delete
- Permanent: Deletion is irreversible. You won’t be able to recover the account or its content.
- Data removal: We remove your account and associated data in accordance with our policies.
- Private messages: Direct chats are end‑to‑end encrypted. Account removal and key rotation mean prior private messages are not accessible to us and may become unreadable to others depending on their device state.

Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly and will follow up by email with status updates.
