Child Safety & Content Standards
Last Updated: May 2, 2025
Our Commitment to Safety
SkiveCore is dedicated to creating a secure and positive environment for all users. Protecting minors is a critical part of this commitment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
Age Requirements
SkiveCore is intended for users aged 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from or allow account creation by individuals younger than 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will take steps to terminate their account and delete their information.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following types of content and behavior related to minors are strictly prohibited on SkiveCore:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual or textual depiction of child sexual abuse.
- Exploitation & Solicitation: Any attempt to exploit, solicit, groom, or endanger a minor.
- Harmful Content Targeting Minors: Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous activities, or bullying specifically targeting users perceived as minors.
- Sharing Private Information of Minors: Distributing private images or personal details of minors without appropriate consent.
This list is not exhaustive. Any activity deemed harmful to minors will be addressed according to our enforcement policies. See our full Content Guidelines for more details on prohibited content generally.
Enforcement & Moderation
We employ several methods to enforce these standards:
- User Reporting Tools: Easy-to-use tools allowing users to flag potentially harmful content or behavior.
- Content Moderation: Review of flagged content and proactive measures (where applicable and technically feasible within our privacy model) to identify violations.
- Account Actions: Actions may range from warnings and content removal to permanent account suspension, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report CSAM to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement as required by law.
