If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it in a few quick steps. This process sends a 6‑digit code to your email and lets you set a new password immediately.
Go To The Reset Page
Open the reset page directly: skivecore.com/forgot-password
Reset Steps
- On the reset page, enter your username or email address.
- We’ll send a 6‑digit code from donotreply@skivecore.com to your email.
- Enter the 6‑digit code on the verification screen.
- Choose and confirm a new password.
- Sign in using your new password.
Tip: If the code expires or you entered it incorrectly, you can request a new one.
Important: Encrypted Chats After a Reset
SkiveCore protects private, one‑to‑one chats with end‑to‑end encryption (E2EE). When you change your password, your encryption keys are rotated for safety. As a result:
- Old E2EE messages become unreadable after a password reset.
- New messages sent after you sign in with the new password will work normally.
Didn’t Receive the Code Email?
- Wait a minute or two and refresh your inbox.
- Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.
- Search for donotreply@skivecore.com.
- Make sure you typed your username or email correctly.
- Use Resend code if available.
Security: We will never ask you to share your 6‑digit code with anyone.
